By accessing the Deadlock Collective network, participating in our tournaments, or utilizing our training resources, you agree to abide by these operational terms. Our platform is dedicated strictly to tactical shooter improvement, squad building, and competitive play.

Access to our servers and events is a privilege, not a right. We reserve the authority to restrict or terminate access for any participant failing to meet our community standards or compromising the integrity of our events.

We maintain strict oversight during all official matches. The use of unauthorized software, hardware modifications, macros, or any exploits designed to provide an unfair mechanical advantage will result in an immediate, permanent ban from the network and removal from all active leaderboards.

Deadlock Collective is solely focused on skill progression. We strictly prohibit any form of real-currency betting, gambling, wagering, or financial speculation related to match outcomes.

Clear, constructive communication is the foundation of any successful operation. Voice comms and text chats must remain focused, tactical, and respectful. We do not tolerate griefing, harassment, hate speech, or intentionally disruptive behavior during official matches or within community lobbies.

Player rankings and performance metrics are calculated based on official tournament results and verified community matches. While we strive for absolute accuracy in stat tracking, Deadlock Collective is not liable for data loss or temporary discrepancies caused by game developer API updates or server outages.

Match disputes must be filed with a server administrator within two hours of the match conclusion, accompanied by valid replay or screenshot evidence.

For inquiries regarding tournament rules, ban appeals, or general operational questions, direct your communications to our official channels. Include your current platform ID and a clear description of your request.
